405nm goggles

Does anyone know where to get a good, cheap pair of goggles that will block out to a safe level about 100 mW of Blu-Ray light? I would like to protect my eyes and my bank if possible.

These will give you OD2 from 400-532nm so all your BR, Blue, Argon, Green.

The AL2 is FDA/CSA certified and the AL3 is FDA/CSA/CE certified. They are available in 9 different styles.

Would these work? (They are cheaper.) They are OD 3.5; what does this mean in terms of light intake? Would I be able to see the dot?

Currently I'm using UV goggles used for leak detection. I shine the laser through the lens and the beam is greatly diminished. Note that I'm running around 10mW at the moment.

The closest I have to UV protection is sunglasses, and I have seen way too many warnings to even THINK about using them for laser protection.
