Hi All,
I´m new to the Laser world and recently ordered a WL 35 Advanced Executive Series by WL. Now, from what I´ve read on this forum, some of you aren´t all that jazzed about WL...certainly not as jazzed at the people on the lasercommunity forum, Wicked´s own I believe. I´m still learning and gathering info, etc. I got this particular version because it´s compact, looked pretty cool, has decent divergence from what I understand, and I didn´t want to burn stuff with it but rather want to use it mainly to point out sky objects and not kill myself with it.
But I´m already getting the fever to invest in a higher power laser. So to diversify my ¨collection¨ as it were, both in terms of the companies supplying my lasers and in terms of power, can anyone out there recommend a good quality laser, fairly compact in size, that is, say, in the 125mw to 150mw range? I´m liking what I see from LaserGlow in the Aries series. I think that range would be a decent choice for a noticeably brighter beam and possible burning capabilities...yes?
First, what do you think of my 35mw purchase. Am I good with that? Second, opinions on the Aries or perhaps another good brand I don´t know about? Thanks much.
