320~350mA Constant Current Regulated

DX does have drivers that will work with an LOC red. They sell 10 and 20 packs of a disk (meant for flashlights) that comes in 350, 700, 1050, and 1400mA ratings. Bear in mind that these are negative side drivers, so the diode will have to be electrically isolated from the host. For this reason alone, you might be better off with another type of driver. Note that the two you link to are both in the 300-350mA range, but have greatly different input voltage requirements. This is not very high mA's for an LOC red, which can take 420mA. So, no, these would not be suitable for a high mA's diode like a c-mount IR or 9mm can IR for instance. More info on what you're trying to do would help.

also, I would like to see them on an oscilloscope, spikes are not any good for LDs...
