200mW Green Laser Disappointment

I recently purchased a 200mW laser from: Laser Pointer Pen - ⊕ Powerful Blue,Red,Green Laser Pointer Best Deal and I'm a bit disappointed by the performance. Their website shows this particular laser almost instantly lighting matches on fire and popping balloons. I've popped a couple balloons too, but only after fully charging the battery and immediately holding the laser 1-2 inches from it.

Is this a gimmick or am I doing something wrong here?

If it is, try to focus a little better.
