2.4W 445nm - OD4+ safety glasses for 65$ from JetLasers safe?

Hello,
I am buying a 2.4W 445nm laser, so I think I should get good safety glasses
I've found in my country JetLasers' safety glasses with Optical Density of 4+. What do you think about these glasses, are they worth so much money and will they protect eyes properly from 2.4W blue laser beam? Link to glasses: [JET-04] JetLasers? Profesjonalne Okulary Ochronne Dla Laserów OD4+

Those glasses should be okay. I don't know if Jetlasers sells these goggles. Just check their site to verify it. I can't access jetlasers right now.

OD4 will give you lots of protection. OD4 = 10^4. So that's (2.4W/10^4) = 0.24mW of light transmitted through the glasses.

It looks like those are priced around 65 USD. I suggest you get an eagle pair instead. These glasses have been tested. You can get them from Survival Lasers. That's around $50 shipped. You save some money and you get tested glasses.
