Okay - it MAY not be the true rating of 120mw - but it is PLENTY powerful enough ! HOLY MOLEY ! burns plastic - lights cigarettes - holes in trash bags (wife LOVES that !) and VERY bright.... I think I got my money's worth ;D Not sure what the divergence is, and the power is up in the air, too - but, neat toy !
