10mW Green "Burns" (with lens)

Hi all!
I bought a Green DX True 10mW laser and i found it's AWESOME.
Well, I use the lenses of a old webcam (a broken eyetoy) and I found that it can burn black plastic and black painted things such as skin (yeah, I burnt my skin lol).
I don't know if it can pop ballons 'cause actually I dont have any so...
If you want i can post pics of the things this can do.

DX pens aren't what they say. I suspect they are all around 30mW and just change the labels. If it's burning like you say it does, IT'S NOT 10mW, probably near 50mW.

I would like to build a 405nm laser out of a (xbox?) sled, but I don't have much idea of what I have to do. (Yeah, buying a sled, making a driver, ... anyway I need some help as this is my first home built laser, or maybe I can use the other diode, the red one before using the bluray one.)
