The PS2 plays DVD discs, so there is a 650 diode at least. Good for small weak red DIY pointers. Then again, not many people make those. Its just not cost effective.

Well I have most of the necessary items now. Crystals, and diodes. So I now know what kind of power I should be expecting. I just need Drivers, AR coated lenses, and a tittle more cash.
