Luckily last Friday my Laserpointers did arrvive me. :) They're really lovely and the yellow one is also very nice. However, on the attached photos the yellow does look very greenish. My next order will here from one of the 3 guys here from the forums. :) That's really no problem. : )

It seems that the seller did drop my parcel yesterday or it was picked up yesterday. It's on its way to me. I should feel happy and yes I kinda do. I'm still worried Hope it contains actually my pointers and not... just some stones. I'll keep you updated. :)

The tracking remains the same: "Shipment information received" When I had my call with DHL they told me the tracking number is valid and the address on the label belongs actually to me. The seller told me now that he'll go today to DHL to figure out the issue. If I don't get an update by 6pm...

It says "Shipment information received", so actually the parcel wasn't picked up or the seller didn't bring the parcel to DHL. Sadly. :( I paid for shipping $80

Yes, yesterday I actually got a tracking number after I asked in the chat. It turned out the label was just created one minute ago before he sendt it me, they told me it was dropped already at DHL and it will be be updated once processed. Some kind of update: Yesterday I contacted tinkerlasers again and they told me they need to check it with their shipping guy, from the understanding with person I wrote it was shipped on Friday. I really hope it's true and I'll get a tracking number showing my parcel was dropped to DHL...

Sadly I got no tracking number yesterday as promised. :( Maybe he did drop the parcel at DHL and just forgot to send me tracking . I asked him todays in the chat about it but it seems he isn't online - no reply. I think I should wait next week about my order and meanwhile ask him several times.

No, sadly no shipping label. :( I hope I'll get it very soon. I guess a chargeback is pretty complicated in Germany including police report first, usually. If I wanted my money back, I would first try to contact shopify and see if they could help me. But I don't want a refund, I want to get that...
