Hey Lpf, I have kind of an unusual question: does anybody know of any books that talk about lasers? Not sci-fi lasers but a non fiction book that discusses lasers. I need it for a school project. Thanks.
I just looked at the Rifle 1500mW laser from lazerer. RIFLE 445nm - 1.5W Focusable Blue Laser Pointer Look familiar? besides being a copy of the arctic, can anybody tell me anything else about this laser? i am considering this instead of the arctic because its more powerful, cheaper...
There are pleanty of laser sites loke wicked lasers, warnlaser, lazerer, O-Like, etc, but what are you really paying for? what i'm getting at are the *INSANE* prices at Laserglow. take the Electra which is 2mW to 4.99mW and 405nm. this laser is $239!!! Laserglow Technologies - Handheld Lasers...

Last year i ordered my E3 405nm from WL. 3 days...
im considering geting a 1.4W build from survival laser. I like this one because it has some pre soldered components and i need to fix up my soldering station and i thought it might be some good practice for assembling lasers. Anybody done this one before?
All I've heard from this forum so far is "DO NOT BUY FROM WICKED LASERS!" who am i quoting? Too many posts to count at this point. i was hoping for some honest opinions of where i SHOULD buy a laser. And another thing. people say that the Arctic is overpriced and not worth your money. How about...

Just wondering, if green, yellow, and sky blue lasers all use the same type of device to create the color, why are sky blue and yellow lasers so much more expensive than green lasers? i understand the basics of how it works, just hoping that a more experienced member might point me in the right...
