Thanks guys for the help! the problem was the resistance to the driver :) I got rid of as much resistance between the driver and the battery as possible and the FMT and Xboost worked perfectly! I will be testing the Odicforce driver later since I have a new build to play around with tonight :cheers:

Thanks! Didn't think about testing the host with 2X 16340's (I don't have the 18350's), so I dug some up and it fitted with a lot of room to spare so I think the 18350's will fit(and the host has a huge spring that can be modded easily) Thanks for the help!! +rep to you! :beer:

Thanks Daguin for the advice, but I've been saving up for this diode a long while now, and I'm dead sure that my dummy load is working perfectly. I've tested it with my other linear drivers and it worked perfectly. I'm sorry, but I can't risk the only diode I have, I've learned my lesson more...

The "Diode" part is the amount of diodes in series on my dummy load.... after that is just in input voltage, input current, output voltage and output current of the driver. If I understand correctly that was the info you guys needed? Is it readable in your browsers?

The LM338 should work great if you use it in that circuit (used that driver multiple times), although I would recommend that you use fixed resistors with high power ratings, I busted a M140 because i used a pot that couldn't handle the current.
