    100W 808nm Bar <50$

i've also recently bought one of these 100watts, in the process of putting together the QCW driver. If you are right, then it sure would make things easier. The pulse timing is the easy part, its the pulse amplifier that has been causing complications, but I may have it right with my last attemp...

What batteries would you choose to power a 4w IR diode?

Hey laser junkies I need help in choosing between two types of batteries to power a 4watt IR diode, it's a c-mount that needs 5 amps. They also need to fit into a 2 D cell host! My first choice was the 3.7v 32600 battery (similar to the d cell in size) but the problem is the availability of...

    100W 808nm Bar <50$

If its the 100w 808nm from sinolaser then it's a QCW diode bar! and needs a maximum of a 20% duty cycle, it's typical "on" time is 300us

    1W 808nm for night vision

No I haven't I just compare each diode's output with my NV, dont know what the actual watts are but you can clearly see if a diode is bust or not, or has lost some lasing power, the one diode I fried stopped lasing and I could clearly see this through my NV camera but the diode still had light...

    1W 808nm for night vision

it's quite easy to destroy the diode, I have popped a few when I first started building eg. not using a heatsink or incorrectly regulating the voltage! I have built a couple of 1w 808nm (TO 9mm) without lenses for night vision illumination, they out perform the onboard IR illuminator on my...

Does anyone know of a reliable supplier for the 32600 3.7v batteries

Changing the subject a bit, has anyone bought laser's from sinolaser on ebay? I have recently bought their 100w 808nm diode bar, just wondering if anyone knows the quality of their products?

Does anyone know of a reliable supplier for the 32600 3.7v batteries

I have checked them out, but after reading a site on reviews for Kaidomain I was put off. Just a few days ago I paid for 3.7v 32600 batteries from a site called lightmalls, only then to recieve an email telling me that they dont have, still waiting for my refund (if I get it)
