Hello I was testing a PHR-803T in a Z-bolt heatsink. (Aixiz Module Acrylic Lens) It was connected to a LM317 Driver runing at 80mA. (Was on 30seconds) Then this happend. Any Ideas what may have caused it? Thanks.

I want to use it in a Laser show. So what would it take to run it say 1-2 hours. Would it have to be TEC cooled? I am going to be using analogue modulation for colour mixing, So its not going to be running at Full 360mA all the time. I just don't want to cook it. Thanks

Well first thing is a DVD-Burner 200mw Red. Then a GGW Violet. Over time I am working towards making a budget RGV scanner with analog modulation. Quite a big build to start with. But ime in the best place for help. <--Mick-->
