No they don't. Each diode varies; some are more efficient and some are less, some have a higher Vf, others lower. Same with wavelenght, some might be lower and other are higher in the spectrum :) And since each eye is different, you might be able to tell a difference between 440nm and 450nm...

It will transmit 93.33-93.57% 532nm and block 99.78% 808nm and it's AR coated for 420-620nm so this filter is actually pretty good :)

Nice build :) Try using "2000m" on your multimeter, that way it will display how much millivolt you're getting. Range is 0mV-2000mV.
