alright, i know this is a stupid question but a friend of mine believes its possible to collominate an led. i dont think it is so we made a bet. so is it possible to take an led and colliminate it
can someone please tell me what the deal is with fiber-coupled laser. id never heared of them today. and can anybody tel me why thier not used in laser pointers for rare colers like yellow and blue. i dont get the difference
i have been into lasers for a very long time but never understood how they work. it seems when you unfocus the laser its just like an led. whats the difference?
anyone know where to get an orange or yellow laser. i know laserglow sells yellow ones, dragonlasers sells orange and techlasers does also but they have no shots of the laser in action. i might go with laserglow im just wandering if theres any other options
ok. i took apart an old dvd rewritable and i couldn't find the laser diode. all i found that looked anything like it was a rectangle shaped thing with 12 gold legs coming out the back. anyone have any ideas. i also want to mention its a very old burner. is a rewritable the same thing as a burner
