    Its a dud, is there any way to tell?

    Dud received from O-Like - Power Rock 1W 445nm. It's very underpowered. Here are some pictures of it. Is there any way to tell it's a dud. Also I'm hoping to replace this piece – any recommendation of where to go and how to tell which diode and circuit would best fit my host?

    Need some help repairing/choosing parts

    I bought a dud Power Rock 1W 445nm laser from O-Like, this one. It turns on but is incredibly weak - I can barely see it even in a dark room. So, what I'm looking for is a way to repair or replace any necessary components without going through O-Like - because it's passed the warranty now...
