    I have two open orders from DTR, both paid 04.09.18 and still not delivered. He does not reply to e-mails. I'm afraid something could have happened. So far Jordan always responded quickly, his customer service was excellent. Does anyone know anything?

    IMO 5 years is a quite good result. The MTTF (Mean Time To Failure) for new laser diodes ranges from 10,000h to 40,000h, depending on the manufacturer. So it all depends on the diode and how intensively you used this laser.
