i read on a review for a laser that i should buy non-rechargeable batteries instead of chargeable because they 'make the laser more stable' is that true?

i finished it. its quite amazing :P i was pretty excited i actually got it to work. thanks for the help :) I still want to clean it all up cause its not in a housing or anything. just a lot of lose wires. i'll post some pics when its complete
