Does my Spartan 1w has a beam scatter?

Ordered a Dragonlaser Spartan 447nm 1000mw
In 19th of October i ordered from Dragonlasers the spartan 1W and he charged my credit card today(24th of October) after 5 days!!And he had told me that in European countries the shipping takes 5-6 days(i live in Greece)...And from the day i ordered the laser he hasn't sent me A SINGLE...
