Hello I was testing a PHR-803T in a Z-bolt heatsink. (Aixiz Module Acrylic Lens) It was connected to a LM317 Driver runing at 80mA. (Was on 30seconds) Then this happend. Any Ideas what may have caused it? Thanks.
