Tried to light a match and pop balloon was a no go with both. Batteries are fully charge. There some trick to do this or is my laser underpowered ? I don't how old it is I bought it from member here.

I been wanting a laser for a while and ran across this site. Guy could spend days here reading all the info. I bought a 116mW Blu-ray off a member here and looking forward to playing around with it. But I'm a newbie and most likely will have what will seem like dumb questions to many here.
