If you had a 0mrad laser (yes - i know that doesnt exist), at exactly 100mW.. Could i point it at a laser power checker standing at the moon, and still measure exactly 100mW? Would a laser with 0mrad ever get dimmer/weaker, no matter how long the beam goes?

Since i really don't need the extra cooling/long duty cycle, cant i just use it in the aixiz module and remove the "cooling cube"? And my soldering iron is broken, so can i just mount the diode in a socket, and then use "sugarcubes" to connect the socket to the circuitboard?

So it is possible? If the price is no problem, would it be better to buy one of those, and put my Senkat diode in there, or building my own driver? Im going to use it stationary, but i do not require a long duty-cycle. Btw, i also bought my senkat premounted in a aixiz. Would it be a problem...

Seriosly guys, i think you are over reacting. If he would hurt someone, why buy a *laser*? If you want to hurt someone cutting their skin, knives have a WAY higher cutting/price ratio than lasers.

I tought 555.5 was the most visible wavelength.

I've read time after time people who used it with 3.6V RCR2, and killing it after a relatively short ime.. So no, i will be on the safe side :p

I know i would! You need a pretty big and powerful UV tube before it would be dangerous. Or else people woudln't use it in their computers, in other mods, and even handlight's on rave party's and such.
