Hey Glenn, these look like the red goggles you sent me, except for a different wavelength. Would they reduce a similar amount of power, even though they are not rated like the 650nm goggles I got from you?

I have the exact same host and HS, but for my red build. It would be awesome to have both a bluray and a red in this fabulous host, but I started work on a pocket mini, so I can't. Should sell quickly though, that build looks great. Good luck

What kind of heat sink do you have in there? Or is this meant for short duty cycles?

That is what my PHR diode looked like right before it died. I believe your diode may be on a similar path.

You will definitely need a heatsink of some kind. The best ones are machined from aluminum and fit the module almost exactly, but you can get away with some washers that are drilled out to match the diameter of the module.

Forgive my ignorance, but what do you do with those optics? Can they be used for a RGV laser?

Are you looking for a finished laser or a module? Olike has a good selection of green laser modules, including 100mw and above. You would need a host, but there are a lot of those available on this forum. Several members will also assemble the laser for you.

I'm looking into a possible host, HS (copper?) and aixiz module if you have one. How much would that cost? Where do you get those batteries? DX?

I have heard about how the long open can diodes are susceptible to reflected light damaging the thin wires in the diode. I have a LOC driven at 412 ma, using an aixiz acrylic lens. My question is, will this ultimately damage the diode because the acrylic reflects light back onto the diode...
