Yeah it is a IR filter i have opened one up and it's a nice little module, not as good as Susies but still a good buy.

Yeah laserman532 is right there no very efficient but they will still combine beams.

It's not the best way but if you use the end of the AixiZ module and turn it around and put the diode pin through then take the lens out and hammer the back or the AixiZ. Like i said it's not the best way but it works. Hope this helps, Ben
