I'd say the 650 is 5mW. The 532 Could be anywhere from 5mW to 50mW its usually luck of the draw with 532's from the cheap chinese sellers.

I used this process because i wanted some of the glowy stuff to go with the water but still be water for my laser lava lamp project so the beam looks really pretty in the water when all the blobs are filtered out.
