What type of mounts are those? Are they for mounting diodes or lenses/dichros?

Forgive my ignorance, but what would you drive with such a driver? It looks like a fairly high quality driver, what with the screen and all. Is it good for any diode as long as it doesn't draw more than 3 amps?

I recognize the soundcard as the one in a how-to post i read some time ago. I assume this will need to be re-calibrated once it is hooked up to a new laser setup? What kind of cables would be necessary to run this?

I have been trying to fit a o-like module in to a small host, but have been unsuccessful due to the length of the module. I cut the "extra" tubing off the front but it's still to long. I was wondering if it is possible to remove the driver from the module and replace it with a smaller one...
