Mike, What drive did your 12x diode come from ?

edited post with V4 flex I do have to say that it is noticeably brighter at 605mw than it was at 540mw i bumped it from 410mA to 440mA. what ive noticed is that , this diode in particular goes up 2 mw for every mA, approximately.

Well the highest i got @440mA is 605mw on my 8x , running a flex v4 . Lets see how long it lasts.. long live the king @ 620mw :bowdown:

10180 will work but dont expect a long running time, just like the A23.

he just took i apart, when i got it , it looked as if the driver was destroyed. i took out the cmount to test it outside of the module.

AS soon as i get home ill dedicate a couple hours to fiddleing with it for sure. i'll ignore the wife and food in hopes of getting some blue!

lol , thats funny.. These days SAS is the way to go. its the SATA version of SCSI. and usually come by way of add-on cards (raid cards) etc..

From what i can tell the diode has a FAC lens, and shoots right into the first crystal. I wiggled slowly the cmount and nothing came out, not even a spark of blue. tried different angles etc.. Looks as if its a more sensitive alignment than green.

Oh and also.. Im just correcting this word you used "traducing" . Which i think you took the word "traducir", which means to translate (for the rest of the english speakers here) , in spanish and gave it an english spin. But yeah , it should have been "translating" . I speak spanish , so...
