    Burning power... ?

    I'm wondering why on a same website I can read : 200mw red laser and 200mw burning red laser ? I though 200mw red, green, blue or IF were all the same and all of them were burning. A guy told my he purchased a 200mw green laser and it is not burning red matches... How it is possible ?
