Do you use skyrim nexus? If you do try this. RealVision ENB at Skyrim Nexus - mods and community It is an enb mod. But if you don't want enb it still gives you a series of texture mods and an install order to get best results. Alternatively you could use this Texture Pack Combiner at Skyrim...

Personally I like both Power and wavelength. If I had only low powered exotic wavelengths I would mourn the loss of my high powered super bright burning beams of death j/k.(I would also be a much much poorer man:)) If I had only high powered 9mm I would mourn the loss of color in my life...
