Hey Lew, Great shots! I like the colors in the fourth one the best.

    Uploading photos.

I have just found out that Photobucket has unblocked all of my photos posted on LPF before June 2017. LPF member Chloderic had rep'd me for a Sticky thread on 589/593.5 pics. I thought why would he rep me when the pics are being blocked. I checked and all of the photos are visible. I checked a...

    some "new" pics 5/19/18

These pics were taken about a month ago over the course of a week. They are basically my glass spheres set up with a few mirrorss and either one, two, or three laser rainbows (460nm, 532nm, 589nm, 635nm) interacting with the spheres. I eventually removed the middle glass sphere are replaced it...

    some "new" pics 5/6/18

Thanks Redcowboy, Lew and RB!!!! Lew - those mirrors I purchased at Harmons Health and Beauty Store. They cost about 9 dollars a piece and are just normal mirrors. But they look nice with all of the glassware I use around them and the chrome color of the stand nicely reflects all of the beams...

    some "new" pics 5/6/18

Thanks alot guys! The idea of setting up five vertical mirrors got me three weeks of photographing many variations of it and many very nice photographs. I am sure I will try something similar but different in the future.

    some "new" pics 5/6/18

These photos were taken about 2 months ago when I was working with the 5 vertical mirror set up. I had posted two of my three attempts at shooting this (posted here on 3/9 and 3/24), and these are the last of them. I think the ones in this batch are as nice as the other ones I have posted here...

    some 488, 495, 505nm pics 4/27/18

Thanks guys!! Bowtieguy - I agree, 4118 is a very nice shot. For 4124, a bit too much going on for me after viewing it . For the photos I will be taking this week, I actually removed some of the spheres and mirrors on the sides to get rid of some of the clutter and some relections. One really...

    Enchanted Beams Thread

More beautiful shots. I like the 6th and 7th the best as the (red) laser in the position on the right side gives the nice long, straight reflections

    some 488, 495, 505nm pics 4/27/18

Thanks AD, Curtis, jnrpop, Ritchie,Gazen, and Dr Laser. I think getting accurate color renderings is due to a few reasons. Obviously a decent camera and knowing how to use it, but just as important is the power of all the lasers. Ones around 50mw - 100mw are ideal for what and how I photograph...

    some 488, 495, 505nm pics 4/27/18

Here are a bunch of pics using mainly a 495nm, 505, and 488nm. I tried photographing them at first as a comparison and the accuracy in the colors is pretty accurate. I used the 488 with a fan diffraction grating and mesed around with that for some shots. I then went back to what I originally...

    Goofin around with the mirrors

Hi Lew, Tell your wife thanks, but you are no amateur! My wife thinks all of my laser pics look the same, which to some extent is right. Your ideas (and photos) are as good as anyones. Just by looking at your photos here and on flickr I know you have the same passion in doing this as I do. Once...
