I have purchased a lot of stuff from gearbest and have to tell you that they are quite simply awesome to deal with. When an item I ordered was not in stock, they offered me a refund and apologized for the mistake. They even gave me a 500 point bonus for this happening. I must admit the shipping...

Hmmm, well we are in Canada. Maybe customs opened it , trying to see how powerful a laser it is so they could confiscate it. The officer resolders some loose wire to check out the laser's power. Then, upon fluke chance, the officer in question had to go for a smoke break and another officer...

Bob, your first build will always be the one you never forget and will be your favorite laser. Be sure to have everything laid out and if possible have someone there as a camera person. Have fun and be safe!!!

Gismo, those are some really cool lasers you have there for sale. If I was looking, I would most definitely be interested. However, I have an abundance of hosts and am looking for odd wavelength diode/driver modules. I use DTR's modules with drivers attached and am looking to purchase some more...

Omg, I am an avid knife collector and to get this host with GITD and Damascus steel would be incredible. I have never press fitted a diode before, as all my hosts are the ones that take a full module , but for this host, I would most definitely learn!!! Subscribed and waiting with baited breath...
