    3.5W NDB7A75 445nm Laser Diode

    WOW!!!! That baby really packs a punch. Lots of power and it looks very efficient, but the divergence looks to be twice that of a M140 and NDB7875 diode. That means that to get a quality beam form this diode it will have to pass thru alot of corrective glass which means power loss.
