My further exerсise in glasswork. A new neck is welded to a flask instead of a broken one, a big dephlegmator made of blank glass tube. the T-joint is not as perfect as I'd like it to be but it is pressure-tight and it didn't break after cooling down.

By the way, as I had said, this k301v pumping chamber is rated for 30W at 1.32 um. So, maybe it would make sens to run it on this wavelength and take 1064 nm from the other source.

This pumping chamber was in action here https://youtu.be/xsPtM0ok_hU at 50% of power, if anyone wants to know. If anyone wants it a can add for free a set of mirrors both HR and T=20% OC but I don't garantee the maximum 130W power with them.

Did you look through the output laser mirror to see the orange light? As far as I know, these mirrors are orange when looking through them and they can give you this orange colour of ionisation, when in fact it is completely different.

I noticed that pyrex and quartz glass are the easiest in processing because of high melting temperature. Quartz is the easiest -- you can heat it locally without the risk of cracking, it looks like metal welding. Pyrex is a bit harder, but much easier than soft glass, which cracks willingly.

At first it would be good to get 50W of 532nm from it. 589nm needs very special mirrors and NLO krystal, which are hard to get. As far as I know, the main complication is to make the YAG lase simultaniously at 1064 and 1319 nm, 1064 is dominant and easily takes away all lasing process on itself...

I think the same mirrors and other optical elements for yellow DPSS can be used. The difference is in power and pumping method only, IMHO.

Awesome work! Very impressive! This is probably the highest energy dye laser shown ever, here, in public, among amateurs and laser hobbyists. It now makes no sense for me to reanimate my LOS4 dye laser with its tiny 1J output... Because it is really nothing compared to this machine.
