No, I get ~+/-5v on the scan channels, and 0-5v on the rgb channels. The 2.3 v was caused by a bad USB cable. I've only adjusted the pots to correct some overshoot, and lower the size.

You will almost never get the beams to exit the aixiz module at the same exact angle(at least not in my experience). I've got a GGW and LCC in Aixiz housings and mounted in z-bolt heatsinks, neither exits the modules exactly straight.

Maybe use the other version of the ILDA test pattern(the one without the large box)?
