I use a Canon Rebel EOS (the 8 year old version) so I can leave the shutter open as long as I want. For these pics I used a 5 second shutter I think. P.s. - your back yard is ridiculous... I love it.

Well I got trees haha but I got rid of my swing set several years ago. I'll try again on a later date when I get a new laser. Anyway, thx for the comment. :)

You do know that that is an IR laser right? IR meaning you won't be able to see the beam or dot.

Very nice :) I always had the issue with my 900mw 445nm burning my walls when I was trying to take pictures of it haha. That laser should last you quite a while considering yob's build quality.

From my experience 440C steel is the standard type used in knives and can get very sharp but cannot handle a beating. So far, I've found S30V steel to be the best. Unfortunately, it cost a pretty penny. Anyway, 440c is great for everyday uses but dont' expect them to excel in the woods ;)

Re: FS: Wicked Lasers Krypton 500mW Model Measures 320mW! I've always loved that host and the smart switch but never wanted to risk buying it direct from wicked lasers considering their rep. If I had the money I would purchase this in a heartbeat but well i'm broke. So consider this a free bump...
