multi-meter the batteries if its around 1.5v there good, I'm sorry but I think your diode is well "degrading" meaning its dimming same thing has happened with alot of my cheap 5mw lasers, how much did it cost anyways and let me guess its 5mw red?

Well... it's true. Ebay lasers fail, if you buy cheap chinese lasers off ebay don't expect them to last.

I heard the zonestealth ones are bad so right now dragonlasers is your best option.

well the 35000 one has about 8 times more power so 8 times 1100 is 8800 so there is 27000 difference there... so proberly its because the more powerful diodes/dpss are alot harder to make so they cost a TON more.
