Single beam night session (PL-E PRO 532nm 800mW)

:thanks: to all of you, folks! Shakenawake: Woah, so much power to be overwhelmed with, 4.5W of blue madness (in a good sense, of course:D). You make sure to be pretty much the first reviewer of such a powerful piece, your experience will guide others interested in a product like that. A really...

Single beam night session (PL-E PRO 532nm 800mW)

Just wanted to share a bunch of several late evening & night shots I took last weekend. Admittedly, pretty much majority of the pictures were up to a certain extend enhanced/post-processed in Photoshop CC with the goal to pull the colours & contrast out. The photography background was set int...

Re: FS: Mits 500 638 1.2 W! Kryton Groove Red G2 and GITD A hypnotic red Kryton build:drool: Would be nice to see it lasing next to the ORF's blue build I own:thinking:. But I've promised myself to another builder for a red devil beamer some time ago;). Whoever gets this hot looking laser...

Groovy Heavy Pictureview (scumbagatheist & mrcrouse)

I sincerely thank everyone for the comments and words of kindness:beer:. brucemir: it's a beast, no doubt about that. I'm not planning to spend $$$ on high powered 445nm's anymore, unless they become extremely cheap:D. Groovy is a keeper for me! wannaburnstuff: fatter & shorter it looks thanks...

Groovy Heavy Pictureview (scumbagatheist & mrcrouse)

Hello there, lpf.com watchers & readers, once again I’m back today to share yet one last 445nm build (can’t have enough of them, right:D) with, to be displayed here in the Review forum section. It’s a damn long overdue one, since I happen to own the beamer since January this year. This time I...

    GB: Diffraction Gratings from Dragonlasers

Thanks for the efforts, man. If there's a very little saving in this ongoing GB compared to normal price for the 2 gratings, I'd still prefer to do it my own way, so that I can get them delivered faster. Besides, I'll have the extra cash ready after the 25th of the month at earliest. Cheers:beer:

    GB: Diffraction Gratings from Dragonlasers

Looks like it's not happening for me since I'm not based in US... well, I guess to do get one of each diffraction grating type on my own (end of this month). Best of luck with the GB, WBS:beer:

    pics 4/5/14

Great classic weekend show once again, Bruce:gj:. The glass sphere & uranium marble atmosphere is a good relaxing visual exercise for us, the watchers:). Now, if there's going to be a GB that would be based on getting diffraction gratings of decent quality for an affordable price, I might be...

9mm 445nm Zaser Build (Pic Heavy)

Re: 9mm 445nm Zaser Build (VERY PIC HEAVY) Very decent review, ScottW! You went through the build process while describing the steps supported with pics in your own manner. Which is what counts in the first place:beer:. Zaser in black finish found a good home in hands of an laser enthusiast...

    Lasers on FILM!

My photographic heart jumps for joy:). A different, yet very watchable demonstration. An old hobby meets the new one with film affecting results. Keep up doing a good work, sir! :kewlpics:

"Wandering box of laser junk" EUROPE EDITION!

I suppose I could participate, however no fancy stuff to be expected in the box on my behalf. But not a total junk either:D. Would be nice to get 20 and even more members involved, will keep an eye on what direction this initiative eventually goes...

What is the wavelength of true brown?

Careful what you wish for... A fortune brownie (special made brown coloured cookie) transforming (is it really brown? DO NOT question the kid's eye skill, please!) into the little's X-man fan's real life ability (did you have to set my TV on fire:shhh:... next time find another testing object...

Microphotography vol. 2: Mitsubishi 660nm Red laser diode

offroadfreak8582: you're way too kind, my friend:). And we both know your pics don't suck at all, they represent all your threads (be it the B/S/T or other forum sections) the best way your equipment allows you to:beer:. It's still lot easier to shoot non-organic subject rather than something...

Microphotography vol. 2: Mitsubishi 660nm Red laser diode

piferal: fully agreed on pretty much everything you've written there. There's enough limitation to the current set-up at the moment. I'm actually lucky to have the microscope borrowed from my workplace since it was an older type not be used anymore;). It's remarkable what you've achieved...

    pics 3/29

Another visually stunning concert of the laser beam indoors universe in brucemir style. The mask and globe match very well together, also some fine beam splitting show in this session:). I'd also prefer to leave the globe off for a better transition effect, but it's always a taste of personal...
