He's got fleas dude. I think he should really start looking into pest control. My dog brought them inside and same thing happened to me. Minus all the crazy $#!T fleas suck (literally) call pest control.

The worst thing that can happen from not smoking is some mild moodiness. Trust me. Even then you have to smoke everyday and then quit cold turkey. I partied hard in high school.... I think the flea infestation sounds more like it.

70mw green and 350mw blue look about the same to me.
