    Justinjja's LPM "No longer a Prototype" :D

Thanks for the compliments everyone :D I do still have some tiding up to do, something like a headphone jack connector for the head is probably a good idea. I am finding the acrylic to be very fragile, probably going to have a custom design that is more durable. Also a question, What style of...

Battery Contacts for Round PCB in Eagle Cad

Forgot about this thread, Here is what I ended up doing, probably not the "right way" of doing it, but it worked... I endned up drawing a circle and making it thick, But when connecting the + and - pins, it didn't pick up the thick circle as a pad, so I just randomly put a pad under the circle...

    Justinjja's LPM "No longer a Prototype" :D

I present my new and improved LPM design: (Now a Release Candidate):san: LPM is powered by a 3.3v LDO, So no crappy 9v batteries, and no boosting regulator in this LPM :D The ADC and LDO are High quality, High accuracy, and Low noise. made by Texas Instruments ;) The LPM is also very...

Battery Contacts for Round PCB in Eagle Cad

I didn't have any trouble with the inner ring, But I cant figure out how to make a hollow pad Also if there is a standard size for the + and - pad that would be good to know.

    WTB Mohgasm round PCB's

Just a thought, You could ask Moh if he is willing to give you the Eagle files for these, since he doesn't make them anymore he might. For small quantities, you could get them from OSHpark for 0.70 each

    M140, A140, 9mm Stock Current

That sounds wierd, wouldnt the duty cycle be 66% regardless of what mode you are in? On for 1/3 blue, on for 1/3 green, and off for 1/3 red? I guess it isn't that simple... I did see the peak current for an A140 was 1.44A in a thread on PL, but they didnt say what the duty cycle was

    Custom Digital Ophir LPM

The 20c-a is rated for 4W's without a heatsink. Theoretically the resolution is 5W / [2^(10+5)] = 0.15mW but I have it truncated to 1mW resolution

    M140, A140, 9mm Stock Current

750mA sounds reasonable, The A140 and M140 are both 2500 lumens right? and they both have 24 diodes right? So would that mean that the m140's have to be ran at a lower current? or mabye they are over spec...

    M140, A140, 9mm Stock Current

Does anyone know what current these diodes run at in the projector?

    Custom Analog Ophir LPM

Can be powered from a 9V battery, Lithium-Ion Battery, Or wall jack. Switch on top connects the battery, Wall jack always powers the device on. Has a 10 turn pot for precision Zero'ing... Actually because it fit better than a regular potentiometer ;) Please excuse the theme song :p I made...

    Custom Digital Ophir LPM

I could build a few of these, they would cost about $200 each Other than the first one that sells, it will take a while to make them. Because I will have to order some more PCB's off of OSHPark Also, I haven't made a datalogging program, Mine works with Eagle eye, if you don't have access to...
