Really don't want to go to Wicked for this...

The Pulsar is steeply priced for what it is. BUT I can tell you that in the two years I've owned my Pulsar 100, I've certainly gotten my money's worth. No regrets here. Of course, back then there weren't any other options for a powerful red than Wicked. I keep thinking about getting the DX...

    405nm "Aquarius style" Blu-Ray pointers

I haven't seen anything about these lasershop.co.uk pointers yet. Is anyone familiar with the product or company? It's the first blu-ray pointer aside from the Sonar I've seen that looks professionally made. Website...

    POT-MOD Alpha 105

The "alpha" CNI series doesn't respond much to turning the pot. I did it in my Lucent Envee (same laser, different name) and the difference was hardly noticeable. I just turned it back to the factory setting and left it alone. If you search, the instructions are out there, but it's really not...

    just recived my alpha 105-questions.

I have the enVee from Lucent which is the same as the Alpha. It does take a little while longer to warm up than the pen style lasers. I would attribute this to a larger heatsink and thicker casing which the keep the crystal assembly cooler than on a pen laser. The benefit of this, is a much...

    Novalasers X105!

Funny you should mention that. I did upload the video to YouTube first. Then I went to post the link there. That's when I received the big "THIS FORUM DOES NOT ALLOW LINKING" message. Here, lets see if I only post part of the link if it will work...... Cut, paste ...

    x-series 125mw ordered!!!!!!

The aluminum ring that the front lense is cemented to, does turn you know. I'm not saying it turns easily or anything, but it's just a threaded aluminum ring. Which means that if you have the balls to do it, you can focus the laser yourself.

It honestly just looks like you have a dirty contact somewhere. Either in the switch or at one of the battery contact points. Anything look dirty or coroded in there?

    Reasonably Priced Violet?

I was eyeballing that laser before someone bought it. $350 is really tempting but at the rate blu-ray pointers are dropping in price I think you'll see them for under $200 within the year and for less than $100 by mid 2008. They're as simple design-wise as the red pointers, it's just the diode...

    Novalasers X105!

I ordered mine back on Sunday June 3rd, it shipped the 4th via their free USPS Airmail and arrived 8 days later on the 12th. They were in stock back then. I guess I got one of the last of the 105s. But, be happy that they mark it out of stock instead of sending you an underpowered laser like...

    Novalasers X105!

I have nothing but great things to say about this laser. However SenKat has pretty much said everything I would have, so instead of boring you.......here's my first vid! Lighting incense in a unique way ;) This was done with 1.2v NiMh rechargeable batteries by the way. No need for lithium here...

    Nova Lasers Product Review !!!! X-Series X-85 !!!

Re: Nova Lasers Product Review !!!! X-Series X-85 Hey SenKat, how long did it take for your laser to arrive from Nova? I ordered my x105 on Sunday June 3rd and was wondering what to expect. I chose the free USPS Airmail option. Nova's website said about 6 business days. I was curious what your...
