what color did you order? maybe they have if 532nm having trouble getting good crystals aquire who knows, u should mail them and ask whats going on usually they build laser in a few days, it seems a bit too long for that.

U should get the PL version, u get longer runtime as the HL version only runs on 1 16340 battery and it feels sturdier its worth the extra money.

I agree with trencheel303 the pens you can skip more or less flimsy button and quality isnt exactly best.

for some reason the 405/445 PL lasers needs 16340 battery the other colors green and red take 18650 i dont know why really for the bigger host one 18650 battery is better. It even says on the spec sheet, Operating voltage(VDC) 2*16340 batteries

2W i would buy a pair of real goggles its worth it u feel a bit safer.

Nitecore makes good batteries if u not able burn with a 300mW laser then its something very wrong, even a 100mW if u focus right will burn a little.
