Hello Jayrob, I was at the local electronics store and noticed this product. (Haven’t bought it yet) http://www.mgchemicals.com/products/8331.html It is a Silver Conductive Epoxy. (Electrical & thermally conductive) I think it would be a good application to use when bonding the module to sleeve...

Finished this mod a couple of days ago. Way better burner now!

Definite would be an easy housing if the price was right. (Intrest) P.S. I think you have the polarity on the batteries wrong on your picture. The one-sheet manual that came with my dilda (from DX if they happen to be any different than susie's) shows the positive pointing towards the diode...
