Thats strange. Never seen mirrors do that before. Maybe they do that on purpose so when they degrade you have to buy another projector.

I like the Steampunk look of it. Diodes are boring. But you get that plasma glow in the tube, running on high voltage, outputting a tight beam of light, and its like magic.

Re: Pesky 12x diodes I'd throw those drivers in the thrash till more testing is done.

Most green lasers are binned liked CPUs. Anything under 50-80mW usually goes into the 5mW bin. Thats why you can get an over spec laser rated 5mW. But when they get into the 100mW and above they can, and will cheat. So your 100mW may actually be 80mW, ect. What you want to look for in a laser...

Yeah thats pretty dumb. Print "Laser Pointer" on a package thats going to a country that does not allow laser pointers to be imported. I hope you can get your money back if it doesnt show up. I would not chance buying from them again.
