Doesn't make sense because I didn't change a thing, not to mention it's happening to all the computers at my house.

    VillageIdiot

Hey come on everybody, not like he's dead! :) Or at least I hope not! :o But he's been on and posted this month. I'd be willing to bet that he'll post on this thread! Sure, his activity has decreased quite a bit, but that's what life is all about, new friends, new family, new girlfriends, new...

Please take better Care of your lasers

This is a really odd thread.  Why would you care Mr. RX if people break their stuff or not?  Sure, it can be very disappointing when some person does it, and if they wish to walk the extra step to repair their units, then good for them.  I've ruined several lasers in my time, some I’ve rebuilt...

    Re: Nova X75

Re: Nova X75 I have the x75, which is a great laser... and averaging at 84mW, it breaks the "burning barrier", but is not so sufficient.  I wanted the x-75 so I could have a nice bright green portable pen style for a nice beam, and for visibility in the day light for pointing at construction...

Does the whole peanut epidemic in the USA

I don't really watch the news. But now since you've raised my curiosity, I decided to look it up. http://www.babble.com/CS/blogs/strollerderby/archive/2008/12/18/death-by-peanut-epidemic-or-urban-myth.aspx I don't think I'm going to worry about this, as I fully believe there are much larger...

This ever make you smile ?

@Wesdachild: :-X @Wannaburn: ::) @Firemylaser: ;D @Techjunkie: ;D @John Lawson: :'( :P :-X (Don't do it!) :P Plus I heard that the technology of the blue DPSS is improving that also improves the effeciency, color, and that means more power! Maybe you should wait! :-/ And when I see it at 8:08...

"My first eye injury" by Milan Karakaš

I think that is a stupid article. All it really does is make leverage for the laser haters to ban these things even more. I don’t know to believe what this guy is experimenting, it sounds nothing more then failure failure failure. It almost sounds like he has optic neuritis which wouldn't be...

    Coldshadows Warnlaser 473nm laser!

NIce review!   That blu-ray blue comparison picture looks exactly like one I took, you could check it out the Optotronics blue 35 "sold" link in my sig... But yeah, that laser looks built pretty shitty.  ;D

    How old where you when..

$120 5mW 650nm laser pointer  in 1994 when I was 12. I had one at 630nm for $110 a couple years later, and a couple more around that time.  I feel out of the hobby for a few years in & out of high school, but then got back in it when I got my first 5mW green pointer for $100 about 4-5 years ago...
