You say you want a visible beam but you won't get that with 405nm at 50-80mW. The 635nm will be faintly visible at that power and so will the 445nm. Your best bet for a visible beam AND 50-80mW would be a green laser. If you are want a 50-80mW violet for $100 I can do that for you but the beam...
