I have one that I will not use. It has some kind of artifact right at the center of the lens so the spot has a lot of splash. You can have it for $5 if you want to mess with it. Probably not good for anything other than a medium powered 405nm build.

Nope, They do not include the diode or the lens or the batteries. As for difficulty I would rate it a medium difficulty level.
