Laser + electrical tape = Free Light show..

This would be even more fun if you add in a red laser or a violet one and burnt the tape with multiple colors. Make for a trippy light show.

Seriously, high powered lasers are not to be toyed with like youre thinking. Read up before you get your hands on anything more than a cheap ebay laser. lasers are measures in mW the more mW power the more dangerous they are especially to your eyes it doesnt matter that you wont cut your fingers...

And the duty cycle says no limit is this true will it stay stable and have a good lifetime without following any kind of duty cycle?

    RF660-200mW-FBT???/RF660-200mW-FPT???

I see these two lasers on Rayfoss they are both 200mW 660nm red lasers. Both waterproof. I am just wondering what the difference is if there is any. One known for being more stable? I plan on getting one and these two have me at a fork in the road. Anyone know if there is a diffence?

    Rayfoss

but at 150mW you will want to be safe and wear goggles for your rayfoss laser. And I dont think there is anytime you will be safe using the 1W arctic with out Proper safety glasses
  16. Codiejman

    Rayfoss

Yes The goggles will Protect your eyes. but dont cheap out on them get a good pair here these will glasses will work for your Rayfoss green laser and the arctic laser LASER2GO

    589 nm pointers: Rigel-HV, Rigel Pro-HV and Vega-HV

oh i see that makes sense I figured it had something to do with the diode, being Rare or someting like that. The color they produce is rich and appealing, just dont have to pocket money for one.

    589 nm pointers: Rigel-HV, Rigel Pro-HV and Vega-HV

Why is it that these yellow lasers are so much more expensive than green red or blue lasers?
