Sorry for necroposting, but I wanted to add something, the 545nm dpss lasence modules use Nd:GdCOB as the lasing crystal, also I think That their 532nm dpss modules (actually 530nm) use the same lasing crystal as the 545nm ones. The 555nm ones are also pumped with 808 btw

no, that uses a different process called dpss, it is a very complicated process that uses crystals and mirrors, a yellow 5mw pen using the same process costs $500. but theese lasers have a much better beam than diodes and diverge way less
