Could you give me some advice on Sanwu-lasers?

Don't worry. See the Sanwu thread. Before purchasing see if it is a Chinese holiday because that will delay your order and email correspondence.

    black or white lasers

Excluding white lasers think through what is wrong with the idea of a black beam producing laser.

    New! Sharp Diodes 1W 520nm & 5W 455nm & +2W 638nm

Not knowing how to keyword search the web is something many do not know how to do.

How many watts could i fit into a 2 foot long half inch wide "pen" housing?

Blues diodes do have higher wattage. But you have not apparently considered the beam characteristics.

How much will a star effects adapter reduce danger to eyesight?

The question has too many variables to answer precisely. At best only a very rough estimate can be given which you hinted at How many beams does a diffraction grating create? That's one of the variables.

First Sanwu Order: Best visible night laser?

Peak visual sensitivity is 555.5 nm. https://slickscreen.github.io/laser-tools/brightness/ Multimode refers to the operation of the switch. Actual multimode refers to a laser beams profile. TEM00 is a Gaussian profile. Other profiles are TEM01, TEM02...

what do i need to build a laser

I don't think this has been mentioned; knowledge is what you need to build a laser.

    Detecting Potential Reflection Hazards

What better way to educate than point this employer to this site so he can read for himself the consequences of an unsafe workplace? If he will not take sound advice than let him suffer the outcomes should they happen As for you put your concerns on the back burner as you've done all you can

A green laser dot that visible in full daylight

Multi watt. The only way to see for yourself is to carry out some experiments. Start with that 1.4W laser if you have one. That would be a good wavelength since it is 10nm short of peak photopic sensitivity.

Not possible given what you are currently using. There are many factors needed for that to happen. The first would be to have better than 20/20 vision.
