Has anyone bought the LZMN(Mini) from lazerer?

You can get a IR filter installed stock? I don't see any option for that on the order page... (and this is my 100th post :P)

    Help with Phatlight driver/build?

Hey all, I got a projector (minus diodes) for cheap, and I have extracted quite a few things, including the precious phatlight. Now I powered it up via my small power supply-- 2A @3V DC, and while that's quite nice for a quick test, I need to figure out a driver for it, and a driver for the TEC...

    Recommend me a 100-200mw laser.

If you want this amount of power, green is the most common wavelength (unless you want another wavelength in which case, feel free to correct me). I'm thinking Lazerer is your best option if you want a cheap 532nm at that power, that **should be** on spec, and affordable. Other than that, I...

75mw laser not working.. looking for advice.

Yes, pics would help a lot! You tried simple things like new batteries already, right? You tested the replacment batteries to see if they work?

I'm buying my first green laser pointer!

DX ships anything at or under "5mw" to the US.

    Laser as animal repellent?

Hmm, maybe a extremely bright light? 1000 lumens should do the trick, day or night... That's all I can come up with, sorry!

    Introducing Survival Laser, Inc.

Hey Gary, your site is missing a CNAME record >_<. www.survivallaser.com resolves fine, but survivallaser.com doesn't (you need to set up a CNAME with "survivallaser.com -> www.survivallaser.com". Or just set up a HTML redirect on the root domain.

    Survival laser's tutorial video????

I just recorded a assembly video, but my firewire cable is missing, so I need to find it or buy a new one... I'll see if I can put it up on YouTube tomorrow night.

    avery can we tag people

There's something like this in IPB, not sure if VB has it... I've used all 4 major board solutions before (IPB, phpBB, myBB and VB), and the only one I've seen it on is IPB.

    Survival laser's tutorial video????

The full package comes with 2x Juice RCR123A batteries, and a generic cheap charger. Check the link in my sig for the review with some pics. It's actually quite easy to dissemble-- remove lens, unscrew top ring, unscrew small nut inside heatsink, carefully pull heatsink up out of diode...

    Survival laser's tutorial video????

If you can't understand the PDF, then I can maybe take mine apart and reassemble it to show you how :). It's quite easy! Just go slow! And BTW it's a GREAT laser, you won't regret buying it!

Which laser is worth the buy?

Survival Laser Home Get the SL I 445nm 1.2W package, with the copper heatsink upgrade and the Eagle Pair 190nm-540nm glasses. And the extended focus ring is also a good upgrade. And I recommend getting the tripod, it's very useful with this laser. Although, personally, I don't think you should...

    My shopping list/Wishlist :D

Well, I've got my parents (up to $100? Maybe more.), and my grandparents (up to $75?). Goggles + 200mw green? Maybe some misc cash as well ($20?), so that could help with it overall... I'm planning on getting the fog machine after halloween if I can snag one on clearance, and since I'm...

    My shopping list/Wishlist :D

Heh, if I add a 405nm and a 300mw+ greenie to the list, it'll go up very quick :D. As I said, I'm needing to find a job, while doing school... Maybe next summer I can find a good summer job, but I'll most likely be on a budget until then. (Man, being 16 sucks... At least I have a nice amount of...
